James Shipman

James Shipman started his career in Toronto with a long tenure at The Harbord Room. After developing a vast network there, James ventured around the city at a variety of establishments, including ProvisionsTO Catering, Stubbe Chocolate, Lake Inez with chefs Robbie Hojilla and Jay Moore, as well as many private chef events.

Accumulating over nine years of work in Toronto, James now presides as the Sous Chef at the acclaimed restaurant, Skippa.

With his diverse perspective of the hospitality industry, James hopes to share stories of his friends and colleagues while drawing from his own experiences to lend insight on what lies beneath its surface.

Niraj Sehdev

Niraj Sehdev has been working in Toronto's hospitality industry for over eight years, currently holding the position of Sous Chef at Quetzal.

With his experience and knowledge, he intends to create informative and insightful content to showcase an often misunderstood and over-glamourized industry.

"The intention of this project is to demystify and educate people of the day-to-day workings of hospitality businesses and organizations."

His experience includes the following: The Drake Hotel, The Harbord Room under Cory Vitiello, Feast, and Grant van Gameren’s Bar Isabel, Tennessee Tavern and Quetzal.

Lucas Kschischang
Director / Producer

Lucas Kschischang is a Toronto based photographer and digital media producer with a diverse portfolio spanning fashion, beauty, editorial, architectural, real estate, landscape, sports, food, and product.

Having photographed for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto FC, Toronto Argonauts, Toronto Blue Jays, Major League Baseball, Canadian Premier League, Mejuri, Roots, SpinCo, TIFF, RBC, Ketel One, Coca Cola Canada, Pursuit Banff/Jasper (Brewster Travel), numerous restaurants, and many other private clients, he's taking his experience to television to help showcase some of Canada's most exciting cuisine and culinary projects.

Jerome Riel
Director of Photography / Cinematographer

Jerome Riel is a Toronto based director/cinematographer who works with many capabilities in different forms of film and video production. With experience freelancing over six years after finishing film school, Jerome has ventured into commercial and editorial work, as well as documentary and short narrative. Versatility in small scale shooting to large crew commercials, Jerome has been able to create works in different genres from music videos to skin care, food shows to car commercials and sports. 

As film and television begin to change, Jerome has been adapting along with it, bringing along a style of visual storytelling that hopes to supplement the content and its messaging. His goal is to create imaginative works with creative people and tell necessary stories with intention. Furthering his ideas and concepts with film is what he continues to work toward.

 

Anders Marshall
Cinematographer / Editor

Anders Marshall is a freelance cinematographer, editor, and photographer based in Toronto.He mixes his passion for sports and the arts to keep his shoot schedule full, working for clients including the Canadian Premier League, CBC Music, Canada Soccer, Coalition Music and Football North among other private clients along the way.

A former television news producer (CTV News), Anders is most enthused by telling stories through people who are otherwise rarely seen or heard. 

 

Kylee Templeton
Cinematographer

Kylee Templeton is a cinematographer based in Toronto and is primarily known for her documentary style of work that conveys emotion and moments in a creative way. She has been part of the sports scene since 2016 and is currently the lead cinematographer of Toronto FC’s behind-the-scenes documentary All For One

 Her work has been featured by teams and/or clients such as: Toronto FC, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto Argonauts, Toronto Marlies, CWHL, Live Nation, Space Monkey Media, Hxouse, TSN, Lays, Gatorade, Molson Canadian, Petsmart, Maison Real Estate and more. 

She continually aims to grow and expand her horizons, which is why First In; Last Out is compelling to be part of.

 

Duy Huynh
Cinematographer

Duy Huynh is a Toronto based cinematographer, digital video producer, and marketing strategist, currently working with Prep Doctors. He has worked in sports media, shooting for clients in the NHL, MLS, CFL and NBA. Past clientele include United Boxing Promotions, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Argonauts, Toronto FC, and Toronto Raptors

Duy’s passionate about technology, helping others, basketball, and unnecessary amounts of food.
