First In; Last Out is a multimedia platform of the culinary world, including insightful commentary, articles and opinion from some of Canada’s most influential and connected members of the culinary and hospitality industry, accompanying video content, and eventually, the launch of an informative television docu-series highlighting the people behind hospitality businesses that matter.

Collaborating with many of Canada’s best culinary and digital media creatives, we aim to bring to life the stories of those who don’t often have a platform like this, shining light on the food industry as a whole, and crucially, the people who make it all happen.
